Did not declare UAH 9.6 million - Deputy Director of Kyivzelenbud notified of suspicion

The official is suspected of submitting false data in the 2023 declaration. He did not indicate an unfinished garden house, income from the sale of a car, and a loan.
One of the deputy general directors of the Kyivzelenbud municipal enterprise has been notified of suspicion of intentionally submitting false information in a declaration. This was reported by UNN citing the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation materials, as well as data from the NACP's verification of the official's declaration, in 2024 he failed to indicate in the declaration for 2023 property, income, and financial obligations worth 9.6 million hryvnias. At that time, he held the position of director of a municipal enterprise and was required to do so as a subject of declaration.
The man did not declare an unfinished garden house in Kyiv with an area of almost 280 square meters, built in place of a previously purchased house with an area of 21 square meters. The value of such a house in 2024 was almost 8.6 million hryvnias. The official also did not declare 700,000 hryvnias of income from the sale of a 2014 BMW X5 car. His declaration also lacks information about a loan of 280,000 hryvnias.
Law enforcement officers classified the suspect's actions under Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine from six thousand to eight thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or community service from one hundred fifty to two hundred forty hours, or restriction of liberty for up to two years.
The sanction of the article also provides for imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
