According to the agency, Russian courts in Crimea issued 641 rulings on imposing fines under the article on "discrediting" the Russian Armed Forces. A total of 622 people were fined.

It is noted that Russians persecute pro-Ukrainian residents in Russia and in the Ukrainian territories it occupies.
