The Northern Economic Court of Appeal of Kyiv ordered the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate to leave St. Michael's Church in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi, confirming the previous court decision.

Today, the Northern Economic Court of Appeal ruled that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate must vacate the premises of St. Michael's Church in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv region. On July 20, the Economic Court of the Kyiv region upheld the claim of the National Historical and Ethnographic Reserve "Pereyaslav" and ordered the Religious Community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Michael's Parish to vacate St. Michael's Church. An appeal was filed against this decision, which the court did not satisfy.
