According to him, Kherson region is the least ready to vote in the "elections", while Donetsk region is the most ready to vote.
This is a very interesting factor. According to the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, what we call the Rosgvardia. They made statistics according to which, in principle, less than 30% of people not only came to the elections, but agreed to go. This is the real picture from the occupied territories. There is a complete breakdown - Donetsk, Luhansk, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. The lowest rate is in the occupied part of Kherson region. The highest, by the way, is in Donetsk region. But it is not above 30%
Earlier, Budanov said that all the resources that Russia has are already at the front. According to the head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, the Russians have a certain amount of resources, but it is quite limited.
