The head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, spoke out against the legalization of weapons in Ukraine, as he told journalists on Thursday, UNN writes.
I have always been against it, and I say again that I am against it - against simply legalizing, distributing weapons to people, it has never worked and will not work either. And do not forget that this always has two sides - the first, yes, it is a seemingly imaginary defense, the other side is that the cases that everyone saw a few days ago, with such a configuration, can become many times greater, because it will simply be available to everyone.
According to him, then it "threatens much greater problems than what exists now."
"The police must work effectively, the special services must work effectively," Budanov pointed out.
