“Good afternoon, friends. You know, my statement caused a sharp reaction in society, so I want to make a few explanations. First of all, I definitely do not want my statement to be used by the Russian Federation and war criminal Putin to justify aggression and attack on our country. If any of the Ukrainians fighting at the front or working in the rear were offended by my words, I want to apologize and say that we must all be united, focused on defeating the external aggressor and put aside all internal differences,” Boyko said.
He called on all politicians to do the same - to unite the country and bring people together.
“We need to make sure that we win as soon as possible and that the enemy is defeated. I wish everyone to stay alive, healthy and see you soon,” the MP added.
Recall
Boyko was interrogated by the SBU today. The reason was that the day before he had posted a video on TikTok in which he said that “radicals” were renaming cities, demolishing monuments, and also mentioned the language and the church.
Subsequently, the MPs submitted a resolution to recall Boyko from the Human Rights Committee of the Rada due to his dissemination of pro-Russian narratives.
