The weather is raging in Kharkiv. The wind in the city is so strong that it tore the roof off one of the buildings. In total, almost 2,000 consumers in Kharkiv region were left without electricity due to the bad weather.

It is noted that the incident occurred on Odeska Street. Currently, strong winds are raging in Kharkiv. It has also started to snow. Due to bad weather, the flag was also lowered in the city.
The Kharkiv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology warned the citizens about the bad weather.
In the morning and afternoon of November 29, gusts of southeast wind, 15-20 m/s, are expected in the city and region (I level of danger, yellow)- local forecasters said.

According to Kharkivoblenergo JSC, as of 12.00, 1700 consumers in Kharkiv region are without power due to the bad weather. In particular, there is no electricity in nine settlements in the service area of Kegichevsky, Dergachevsky, Zmievsky, Merefyansky and Bohodukhovsky districts of the power grids.

So far, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs , the bad weather has resulted in 12 deaths and 23 injuries, including children; emergency services are actively responding to the situation.
At the same time, a second wave of bad weather is possible today, November 29, which will bring a new cyclone. The State Emergency Service warned of heavy snow, ice and blizzard in the western regions.
