The High Anti-Corruption Court has remanded in custody with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 100 million the actual owner of a private company - developer Serhiy Kopystyra, who is suspected of attempting to bribe the Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov, reports a correspondent of UNN.
To apply a preventive measure in the form of detention to the suspect Serhiy Kopystyrа. Determine the validity of the detention until January 19, 2024. To set bail for the suspect in the amount of UAH 100 million, the judge said.
The prosecutor's office insisted on applying a preventive measure to Kopystyrа in the form of detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 199.998 million.

The director of a state-owned enterprise and the actual owner of a private developer company were notified of suspicion of attempting to bribe the leadership of the Ministry of Reconstruction.
These are Alla Sushon, who is the director of the state enterprise Ukrkomunobuservice, and Serhiy Kopystyrа, who is the actual owner of the KSM-GROUP group of companies.
