In Buenos Aires, police arrested a man and seized more than 60 pieces of Nazi weapons with the symbols of the Third Reich. Military uniforms, flags and busts of Hitler were also confiscated.

Argentine police have arrested a man in Buenos Aires who had a large number of antique Nazi weapons decorated with symbols of the Third Reich during the infamous regime of Adolf Hitler, officials said on Friday, UNN reports citing Reuters.

Police seized more than 60 firearms from the man's home, including 43 rifles with Nazi eagles, 15 handguns, five bayonets, and a machine gun, according to a report by the Argentine Federal Police.

The report also states that the authorities confiscated Nazi flags, military uniforms, hats, helmets, and busts of Hitler.

Employees of the Holocaust Museum in Buenos Aires assisted law enforcement officials in enforcing the national anti-discrimination law, according to a police report.

The house where the items were found is located in the city of Kilmes. The police had been tracking the man after he went abroad and became a subject of an investigation initiated by the Federal Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
