According to Downdetector, since approximately 13:00 Moscow local time, problems have been observed with the operation of the following services:
- Rostelecom;
- Yandex;
- T-Bank;
- Gazprombank;
- Russian Railways;
- Ozon;
- Wildberries;
- Avito;
— Yandex Disk;
- MAX;
- amoCRM;
— Yandex Telemost;
- Roblox;
- Pikabu.
In addition, the service is recording problems accessing the Internet in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov, Tyumen and Tambov regions, as well as in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
