He said that On November 13, during the massive shelling of the central part of Kherson by the Russian occupiers, Oksana was at her workplace. After graduation she worked as a nurse in a burn unit. She did not quit her job either during the occupation, nor now, under enemy fire.

On November 13 the enemy shelled the center of Kherson with multiple rocket launchers. The administrative building, a hospital and about 15 houses were damaged. The attack killed 2 people were killed and 10 others were injured.
