Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a proposal to appoint Andriy Sybiha as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Denys Shmyhal as Minister of Defense in the new government, according to the parliament's website, writes UNN.

The presidential draft resolution on the appointment of Andriy Sybiha as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is registered under No. 13495 dated July 17.
The main committee for considering the draft is the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation. Its conclusion based on the results of the consideration is already available. There, the committee members adopted a "decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to support the appointment of Andriy Ivanovych Sybiha as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine."
The presidential draft resolution on the appointment of Denys Shmyhal as Minister of Defense of Ukraine is registered under No. 13496 dated July 17.
The main committee for its consideration is the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence. Currently, the draft is being processed in the committee.
