President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to Russia’s attack on a train in Odesa Oblast, which claimed the lives of two railway workers, by sharing a video, UNN reports.
Today in Odesa Oblast, the Russians once again hit an ordinary locomotive of a passenger train with a kamikaze drone. There were 340 people on the train. And clearly, the person operating the drone could not have failed to know that the target was entirely civilian. As of now, unfortunately, it is known that the driver and his assistant were killed in the strike. My condolences to their family and loved ones
According to him, "there were also strikes overnight in 11 regions — the Russians used more than 130 attack drones.
"Every day, the Russians strike ordinary people’s lives simply for the sake of terror. And unfortunately, there is not a strong response from the world to every such strike. More air defense assistance and more pressure on Russia are needed if the world is seriously determined to stop this war in Europe," Zelenskyy emphasized.
