Ukrainians trust Valeriy Zaluzhnyi and Kyrylo Budanov the most. The current President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, ranks only third in the public trust rating. This is according to a monthly nationally representative survey conducted by InfoSapiens on November 15-27, 2024, according to the Omnibus scheme, UNN reports.
The research was conducted in cooperation with the charitable organization "Foundation for Future Studies" to study public opinion in Ukraine.
According to the poll, the level of public trust in the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and now Ukraine's Ambassador to the UK, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, is 76.8%. This is 2.1% more than in October (74.7%). Ukrainians also began to trust Kyrylo Budanov, the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, more - his public trust rating is 54.6%, which is 3.3% more than in October (51.3%).
As of November, 53% of Ukrainian citizens trust Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which is 2.2% more than in October (50.8%).
At the same time, almost half of Ukrainians believe that the country is moving in the wrong direction. This is evidenced by the second part of the survey. Respondents were asked whether things in Ukraine are generally moving in the right/wrong direction.
According to 49.6% of respondents, Ukraine is moving in the wrong direction, which is 3.3% less than in October (52.9%).
33.6% of respondents said that we are moving in the right direction (up 2.1% from 31.5% in October).
Another 16.8% of respondents were unable or refused to answer.The survey was conducted using the CATI method (computer-assisted telephone interviews) based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers.
The survey was not conducted in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and other areas under occupation, as well as in areas where there is no Ukrainian mobile coverage (according to IS, at least 96% of the adult population of the country has mobile numbers).
The theoretical sampling error does not exceed 3.1% with a probability of 0.95%.The sample of the study is 1000 interviews.
