Certain disagreements arise on some issues between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi. This was stated by the head of the defense department, Mykhailo Fedorov, in an interview with TSN, UNN reports.

At the same time, he admitted that during the making of important decisions, tough discussions and differences of opinion arise between them. Most often, this concerns financial support and the distribution of material resources for military formations.
"We can have tough discussions regarding one decision or another. There are basic-level issues. ... There might be some emotions there. We are still synchronizing,"
He added that such work processes are completely normal for managing "such a complex structure."
