The Vinnytsia Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCR) commented on the incident involving a group of civilians in the area of a temporary collection point for conscripts in Vinnytsia, stating that "attempts of illegal entry into the territory of the temporary collection point, damage to property, and violation of public order were recorded," that the police arrived at the scene, and that the TCR acts exclusively within the framework of legislation, writes UNN.

"The day before, on August 1, a situation occurred on the territory of the temporary collection point for conscripts in the city of Vinnytsia that attracted public attention," the TCR noted.
According to the recruitment center, "a group of conscripts was brought there for medical examinations and other procedures provided for by current legislation within the framework of mobilization measures."
"In the evening, a group of civilians gathered near this point, behaving aggressively. Attempts of illegal entry into the territory of the temporary collection point, damage to property, and violation of public order were recorded. Representatives of the National Police arrived at the scene and ensured law and order," the TCR reported.
"The Vinnytsia City Military Recruitment and Social Support Center acts exclusively within the framework of Ukrainian legislation in cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine and calls on citizens to mutual respect and adherence to legal norms," the recruitment center emphasized.
