According to the spokesman, the campaign of strikes on targets in the Russian Federation is already affecting its combat capabilities and will only intensify in the future.
These actions are systemic and are already weakening Russia's potential. Ukraine has the ability to further scale this campaign.
Tykhyi also emphasized that the situation for Russia will only worsen over time, so it should change its approach.
Conditions will become more difficult for Russia, so the only rational option is to stop the war and move to diplomacy.
