Fire Point drones carry out 60% of strikes in Russia. At the Eurosatory-2026 exhibition, the company also presented the FP-9 ballistic missile.

Ukrainian long-range drones produced by the Ukrainian company Fire Point account for up to 60% of strikes on targets within Russian territory and approximately 60% of hits on medium-range targets. This was stated by the company's co-founder and chief designer of Fire Point, Denys Shtilerman, in a comment to UNN during the Eurosatory-2026 international weapons exhibition in Paris.

According to him, it is the FP-1 and FP-2 drones that currently form the basis of Ukraine's strike capabilities deep inside Russian territory.

"These are the drones responsible for what you see burning on your TV screens on the territory of 'rashka' [Russia]. About 60% is done with this drone (FP-1 – ed.), and also about 60% of the middle-strike hits you see are carried out using the FP-2 drone,"

- Shtilerman told journalists in a comment.

He noted that the company continues to improve the drones. In particular, the FP-2 has received an increased combat load and is already capable of delivering up to 200 kg of payload over a distance of up to 300 km.

The company's co-founder said that Fire Point is participating in Eurosatory for the first time and presented a full line of its own developments. These include the aforementioned FP-1 and FP-2 strike drones, the FP-5 Flamingo ground-based cruise missile, the FP-7.x anti-ballistic missile—which is considered one of the basic elements of the future pan-European anti-ballistic shield FREYJA—as well as the FP-9 ballistic missile with a range of up to 850 km and a payload of 800 kg.

In addition to finished weapon samples, the company showcased its own production technologies and equipment, including machines for winding carbon structures, test stands for rocket engines, a computer tomograph for large rocket engines, navigation solutions, and zero-backlash servos for ballistic missiles.

"We hoped that our stand would show that Ukraine is now not only a consumer of some aid but has already become a provider of security solutions for all of Europe, and perhaps for the whole world. That Ukraine is now an integral part of Europe's security architecture,"

- noted Denys Shtilerman.

According to him, the company has proven that it can produce effective weaponry on a large scale and at a significantly lower cost compared to many foreign systems.
