Poland has sent Ukraine an additional 5,000 Starlink terminals to ensure stable connection where it is needed.

This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, writes UNN.

The terminals will provide uninterrupted communication in the places where it is most needed: hospitals, schools, critical infrastructure facilities

- the message says.

Fedorov also explained the following:

Starlinks will help residents of frontline territories stay in touch: call relatives, call emergency services, read news. Due to shelling and destruction of base stations in the de-occupied territories, ordinary communication is not available

- said the official.

In total, Ukraine has received more than 50,000 Starlink terminals from various countries, but the most - 29,500 - from Poland.

Earlier, UNN wrote that Poland ordered an additional 5,000 Starlink terminals for Ukraine and pays their subscription fee to provide Ukrainian soldiers with stable communication on the battlefield.
