The Kherson District Prosecutor's Office has already launched a pre-trial investigation into the war crime that resulted in fatalities. Proceedings were opened under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Prosecutors, along with police investigators, are documenting the consequences of the shelling and gathering evidence of another war crime committed by the Russian military.
