In the Oval Office, a reporter asked Donald Trump to elaborate on his claim that Iran "will have to pay for this."
"Well, we're going to hit them, hit them very hard," the president says.
The reporter asks him to clarify if this means a resumption of bombings.
"Yeah, well, based on the helicopter, I think we have the right to do that," Trump says.
