Today, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that she has signed a memorandum on providing 90 billion euros for Ukraine. Therefore, the ratification of the 90 billion euro agreement is urgently being brought forward for a vote in the Rada tomorrow, May 28. It will appear on the website soon, the Committee will meet in the morning, and it will be put to a vote
