On Sunday, November 17, residents of Sonora (Tuolemi County, California) witnessed a spectacular phenomenon in the sky during the launch of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. At 10:53 p.m. California time (9:53 a.m. Pacific time), a Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, carrying 20 satellites from the Starlink constellation, 13 of which have Direct to Cell capability (providing direct communication between satellites and mobile phones).

This is the 20th flight for the first stage of the launch vehicle supporting this mission, which has previously launched Transporter-8, Transporter-9, NROL-85, NROL-87, SWOT, SARah-1, NROL-146 and 12 Starlink missions. After the stages are separated, the first stage will land on an unmanned ship that will be deployed in the Pacific Ocean.
