Singer Leleka has departed by train to Vienna for the 70th Eurovision Song Contest. She will perform in the second semi-final on May 14 with the song "Ridnym."

Ukrainian singer Leleka has departed for Eurovision by train, UNN reports, citing Ukrzaliznytsia.

We are taking Leleka to Eurovision and calling on everyone to support Ukraine on May 14 in the second semi-final. We believe in the Ukrainian song and another crystal microphone on our compartment table

The 70th Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Vienna. The Eurovision Grand Final will be held on Saturday, May 16, with the semi-finals on May 12 and 14, 2026.

The contest will be held at Austria's largest indoor arena, the Wiener Stadthalle. 

On February 7, the final of the National Selection for Eurovision 2026 took place. The victory was won by the artist Leleka, who performed the composition "Ridnym". It is this track by this artist that will represent Ukraine at the 70th anniversary International Song Contest, which will be held in Vienna this year. 

Ukraine's representative at Eurovision 2026, LELÉKA, has presented a revised version of the song "Ridnym".

In March, bookmakers predicted a 2% chance of victory for Ukraine.
