The head of Taganrog, Svetlana Kambulova, stated that during the "repelling of an air attack" over the Rostov region, a missile was allegedly shot down. According to her, two victims were taken to the hospital, and several cars caught fire. Russian authorities claim that the consequences of the attack are still being clarified, while city transport is operating as usual.

In Sevastopol, the occupation "governor" Mikhail Razvozhayev reported the downing of over 20 drones by Russian air defense forces. According to him, one of the missiles hit the building of the "Southern Directorate of the Central Bank," causing the roof to catch fire. The blast wave also damaged nearby residential buildings, blowing out windows and damaging balconies.
In addition, Russian authorities reported damage to an eight-story residential building on Lastova Square and an administrative building in the area of Gogol Street.
