Russia has developed a "plan of division" of Ukraine, which provides for the elimination of Ukrainian statehood and the division of the territory into three parts. According to informed sources, this plan may be presented to the new US administration as part of the Kremlin's strategy to influence international politics, UNN reports.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has prepared a document forecasting the development of the military-political situation in the world until 2045, which provides for the elimination of Ukrainian statehood and the division of Ukraine's territory into three parts.
According to UNN sources , Russia may try to convey this message to the new US administration through governments and representatives of foreign countries.
According to the aggressor's plans, as disclosed by the sources, the territory of Ukraine should be divided into three parts:
1. "New Regions of Russia" - provides for the official inclusion of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol into the Russian Federation. The Kremlin's main military efforts are focused on capturing these territories.
2. "Pro-Russian state formation" - it is planned to create a quasi-state with pro-Russian authorities on the territory of modern Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Odesa, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr regions and the city of Kyiv. This scenario includes the rejection of European and NATO integration, as well as the presence of Russian military bases similar to those in Transnistria, South Ossetia, and Abkhazia.
3. "Disputed territories" (western part of Ukraine) - covers Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, and Zakarpattia regions. The Kremlin believes that the future fate of these lands should be determined in negotiations between Russia and neighboring states, including Poland, Hungary and Romania.
According to the sources, the Kremlin predicts four possible scenarios for the development of international processes. The scenarios of "US and Western domination" and "China's becoming a leading world power" are considered unfavorable for Russia, as they can be realized in case of its defeat or freezing of the war against Ukraine.
Instead, the scenarios "Formation of a multipolar world and division of spheres of influence between the leading powers" and "Regionalization/chaos" are seen by the Kremlin as favorable, as they envisage a victory over Ukraine and a development of the situation favorable to Moscow.
