Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with two ballistic missiles and 122 drones, of which 111 were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Tuesday, UNN writes.

According to the AFU Air Force, on the night of May 26 (from 6:00 PM on May 25), the enemy attacked with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Rostov region (RF) and the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as 122 Shahed-type strike UAVs (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and "Parody"-type decoy drones from the directions of Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and Gvardiyske (TOT of the AR of Crimea).
The aerial attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 111 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by 9 strike UAVs and missiles were recorded at 11 locations, as well as the falling of downed drones (UAV debris) at 3 locations
The attack continues; as indicated, new groups of enemy UAVs have entered Ukrainian airspace.
