Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on the cancellation of debts for recruits who go to fight against Ukraine. This is reported by UNN with reference to Reuters.

According to the decree published on the Kremlin's website, individuals who have signed a contract with the Russian army since May 1 are exempt from paying debts of up to 10 million rubles, or nearly $139,700. A debt collection lawsuit must have been filed prior to this date.
Family members of individuals who signed a contract starting May 1 are also eligible for debt relief.
At the same time, the contract must be signed for at least one year, the Kremlin noted.
