President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the military cabinet in Kharkiv. The situation at the front, the situation in the main directions were discussed, as well as preparations were made for the meeting of the Ukrainian and American delegations, which will take place tomorrow in Saudi Arabia, reports UNN.
According to the President, during the meeting there were "reports from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Hnatov".
The situation at the front, the situation in the main directions: Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy - and the progress of the operation in the Kursk region were discussed. They also prepared for a meeting between the Ukrainian and American delegations, which will take place tomorrow in Saudi Arabia

Earlier it was reported that meetings in Riyadh between representatives of the United States, Ukraine and Russia are designed to ensure that senior officials of these states in the future develop more specific formulations of an agreement that would bring the end of hostilities in Russia's war against Ukraine closer.
Among the topics to be discussed is the extension of the Black Sea agreement on the way to a complete ceasefire. Also, the American side intends to check "whether the Russians' intentions are serious and whether they are on the same wavelength" in their desire to achieve a ceasefire.
