According to the draw results, if Dynamo Kyiv defeats Universitatea Cluj from Romania, they will face a confrontation with the Greek side PAOK.
The matches of the second qualifying round will be played on July 23 and 30. The "White-Blues" will play the first match at home and the return leg away.
In the event that the Kyiv side fails to overcome this stage of the tournament, they will continue their European campaign in the UEFA Conference League. In that case, Ihor Kostiuk's men will face the Norwegian side Brann in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
The UPL runner-up, LNZ Cherkasy, will face Belgian side Gent in the second qualifying round of the Conference League, while the UPL bronze medalist, Polissya Zhytomyr, will face Danish side Copenhagen.
