Our first effort in military support for Ukraine is to immediately mobilize the efforts of our partners. According to him, another element of the discussion will be the model of the Ukrainian army.
Because when a peace agreement is signed, the biggest guarantee for Ukraine is to have its own army, which will be the first barrier and prevent new possible attacks by the Russian Federation. Macron stressed that "our goal is, first, to allow Ukraine to maintain the situation at the front now, and secondly, to repel aggression, but at the same time to bring closer the prospects for a lasting peace."
