Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke by phone with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and announced that Russia is moving to systemic strikes on Kyiv, UNN reports with reference to Russian media.
Lavrov spoke by phone with Rubio. He informed the American side that the Russian Armed Forces are commencing systemic strikes on facilities located in Kyiv that are used for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Earlier, Lavrov's ministry reported that Russia is beginning "consistent systemic strikes" on Ukraine's military-industrial complex enterprises in Kyiv, and also urged foreigners to "leave Kyiv as soon as possible."
