Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba had a phone conversation with Dutch Foreign Minister Hanke Brains Slot. The parties discussed the confiscation of frozen assets of the Russian Federation, military assistance to Ukraine, the upcoming peace summit and the tightening of sanctions.
