The head of the State Tax Service, Ruslan Kravchenko, reported on how businesses in Kharkiv region continue to operate in wartime conditions, despite daily shelling and difficult circumstances. He emphasized that entrepreneurs in the region, despite great risks, maintain jobs, pay taxes, and provide support to the military.

In particular, he reported that he had a meeting with the STS team and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, with almost 50 representatives of businesses, business associations, and public institutions.
During the meeting, they focused on systemic problems that currently affect the work of businesses in frontline areas.
Realistic indicator of tax payment level
As Kravchenko noted, this is one of the primary issues that greatly concerns entrepreneurs. The STS is already working on corrective coefficients that take into account the specifics of doing business in combat conditions. This will make the industry average more realistic.
Blocking of tax invoices and removal of enterprises from the risk category
According to the information, the STS has created 29 consulting centers that provide comprehensive assistance to businesses in this matter.
As of today, almost 10,000 entities have already been removed from the risk category, 266 of them in Kharkiv region. The number of blocked tax invoices decreased to 0.39% by mid-March. And I believe that there are all grounds for reducing this indicator to 0.1-0.2%
Proposals for changing the mechanism for suspending the registration of tax invoices have already been submitted to the Ministry of Finance. The directory of tax risk codes has also been updated
Analysis of the activities of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv region
The head of the STS explained that in this aspect, the STS has complaints about the work of two departments - control over excisable goods and work with tax debt.
Next week, structural units of the central office that deal with anti-corruption issues and ensure departmental control will conduct an inspection
