In the Odesa region, law enforcement officers exposed a commander of a military unit who, according to the investigation, involved subordinates in the construction of his private house over several months. As reported by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko, over 80 military personnel were found at the site during a search, reports UNN.

According to the Prosecutor General, during a search at the site, about 83 military personnel were found performing construction work. The investigation also recorded the use of military cargo transport for delivering building materials. The collected evidence indicates the systematic nature of such actions.
This is not only about the illegal use of state resources. It is a diversion of military personnel from performing their direct duties, which in wartime directly affects the combat readiness of the unit.
