"In connection with the dissemination of video materials on the network regarding the incident in the city of Lutsk on Lesya Ukrainka Street, we report the following: on April 11, around 3:10 PM, behind the building of the CNAP, during the notification of conscripts, two citizens of conscription age were found by military personnel of the TCR," the TCR noted.
As stated, one of them provided documents confirming the right to deferment from conscription. "The other did not react to the lawful demand to present military registration documents, tried to avoid communication, and tried to escape in the direction of Lesya Ukrainka Street," the statement said.
During these events, a group of underage individuals ran up to the military personnel of the TCR and behaved aggressively – they tried to obstruct the performance of official duties, and also resorted to physical impact, inflicting blows. In this regard, the military personnel, reacting to illegal actions and obstruction of official duties, were forced to react and stop the aggressive behavior
"The citizen whom the underage individuals tried to "protect" is a resident of Vinnytsia, fit for military service, and subject to conscription during mobilization. The said citizen was taken to the TCR for the actualization of military registration data and passing the military medical commission. The attackers on the notification group are being sought by law enforcement agencies, which will directly provide a legal assessment of their actions," the statement said.
