The US Department of Defense has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth approximately $1 billion. Among other things, Kyiv will receive artillery shells, Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and HIMARS missiles . This was reported by UNN with reference to the Pentagon's website.
Details
The package will contain:
- RIM-7 and AIM-9M missiles for air defense;
- Stinger anti-aircraft missiles;
- small arms and ammunition;
- 155-mm artillery shells, including high-explosive shells;
- artillery shells of 105 mm caliber;
- mortar shells of 60 mm caliber;
- Bradley infantry fighting vehicles;
- MRAP and Humvee armored vehicles;
- anti-tank missiles for TOW;
- Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems;
- high-precision aviation munitions, etc.
- additional ammunition for high mobility artillery systems (HIMARS);
