According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched two missile strikes using two missiles, as well as 87 air strikes, dropping 138 guided bombs, on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements. In addition, they carried out more than five thousand eight hundred shellings, 133 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2427 kamikaze drones for attacks.
Over the past day, aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces hit one Buk anti-aircraft missile system, seven areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, five artillery systems, and a command post of the Russian invaders.
Situation by directions
In the Kharkiv direction, our troops repelled three enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchansk and Fyholivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, seven attacks by the occupiers took place yesterday. The Defense Forces repelled assault actions of the enemy near the settlements of Bohuslavka, Stepova Novoselivka, Holubivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked ten times. They tried to advance near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Novosergiyivka, Yampolivka, Kolodiazi, Kopanky, and Novoliubivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, two combat engagements were recorded in the area of the settlement of Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 13 attacks near the settlements of Toretsk, Krymske, and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 33 aggressor assaults in the areas of the settlements of Zelene Pole, Vodyane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Pishchane, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Andriivka, and Dachne.
Actively using aviation in the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy made ten unsuccessful attempts to break through near the settlement of Kostiantynopil.
In the Siversk, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovsk directions, the enemy did not conduct assault operations yesterday.
"In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 18 attacks by Russian invaders yesterday. In addition, the enemy launched 39 air strikes using 69 guided bombs, and also carried out 493 artillery shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, including nine from multiple launch rocket systems," the report says.
