The Palestinian Health Authority has reported the first case of polio in 25 years in an unvaccinated 10-month-old child in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by ABC News, UNN writes.

The case was recorded in the city of Deir al-Balah. After the child's symptoms were detected in the Jordanian capital Amman, tests were conducted to confirm that it was polio, according to health officials in the enclave,
