Defense Forces are holding back the Russians in the Pokrovsky and Toretsky directions: 62 combat clashes at the front

Since the beginning of April 3, there were 62 combat clashes on the front line. The greatest activity of the enemy is observed in the Pokrovsky and Toretsky directions, but the Defense Forces of Ukraine are stopping the enemy's advance. This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for April 3, reports UNN.

In the Kharkiv direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has attacked the positions of our defenders in the area of Kamyanka once.

In the Kupyansk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has made two unsuccessful attempts to advance to our fortifications in the area of the settlement of Zahryzove.

In the Lyman direction, the Russians attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops five times near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nove, and towards Novomykhailivka, Zelena Dolyna. Currently, two combat clashes are continuing in the same direction.

In the Siversky direction, the Defense Forces repelled five enemy assaults in the area of Verkhnyokamyanske and towards Ivano-Daryivka and Vyimka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, an assault towards Predtechyne was repelled.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine 13 times in the areas of Dachne, Druzhba, Diliivka, Toretsk, and Leonidivka. Combat clashes are ongoing there now.

High enemy activity persists in the Pokrovsky direction. Ukrainians repelled Russian attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novokalynove, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Novosergiyivka, Nadiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka, and towards Romanivka and Oleksandropol.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Russians tried four times to break through in the Rozliv and Kostyantynopol areas, fighting continues.

In the Huliaipil direction, the occupiers launched an attack with unguided air missiles on Novopole.

Fighting continues in the Orikhiv direction in the areas of the settlements of Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamyanske.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to advance to the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine once.

In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian troops repelled four Russian attacks. The enemy launched five air strikes using eight guided bombs.
