Ihor Zhovkva, deputy head of the Presidential Administration, said that he would continue the dialogue with all 32 NATO members on Ukraine's invitation. The position of Germany and the United States is decisive, but membership is impossible until the aggressor is defeated.

Discussions about Ukraine's invitation to NATO at this stage will continue with absolutely all partners, all 32 members of the Alliance. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva during the presentation of the results of the sociological survey “Foreign Policy and Security. Moods of the Ukrainian society”, the correspondent of UNN reports.

The "victory plan" remains relevant for the President. The first point of this plan is to receive an invitation from Ukraine to NATO. This issue remains on the agenda of the president and the foreign policy service of Ukraine. This is really today the best, most optimal security guarantee that Ukraine has for a strategic goal. Therefore, conversations with our partners about receiving an invitation to NATO at the current stage will continue in the future and with absolutely all partners, with all 32 members of the Alliance

- Zhovkva said.

He noted that Germany's position is decisive.

"Therefore, we continue our dialogue with Germany. The president noted yesterday that the relevant dialogue with the United States will continue. But it is absolutely clear that the issue of Ukraine's membership in NATO, unfortunately, remains not yet achievable today. This means as long as the Russian aggression continues, as long as we do not win. Therefore, today we need appropriate guarantees of our security before we join NATO," Zhovkva said.
