Abnormal snowfalls in April paralyzed the southern regions of Ukraine. In the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, traffic is difficult due to heavy rainfall. There are drifts, traffic jams and stranded cars on the roads. This was reported by UNN with reference to the State Emergency Service in Telegram.

According to the SES, in the Kherson region, rescuers helped seven drivers who could not independently pass snow-covered areas.
According to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, there are power outages in the Kherson region due to bad weather. In total, about 2,500 subscribers in eight settlements remain without electricity.

In the Mykolaiv region, rescuers provided assistance to ambulances three times, which were heading to patients or were already taking patients to the hospital. Together with the police and communal services, rescuers are working hard on the ground.
Drivers were urged to be careful, keep their distance, speed limits and, if possible, postpone trips to a more successful time. After all, according to weather forecasters, snowfalls should stop soon.
