This decision was made yesterday by the Uzhhorod City District Court against the defendant in the criminal proceedings opened under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine".
According to the State Border Guard Service, officers of the Chop Border Guard Detachment detained him red-handed on March 16 this year. He was trying to transfer two Kharkiv residents and one Chernivtsi resident from Ukraine to Slovakia.
