According to Shmyhal, under various scenarios, the additional need of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" for financing gas imports amounts to about 400 million euros.

The minister reported that the search for international partners who will help provide the necessary financing is currently ongoing.
Shmyhal also reported that in September, the Ministry of Energy will hold the fifth ministerial meeting of the "Energy Ramstein". Its goal is to strengthen coordination of international assistance to Ukraine's energy sector and attract new participants.
In addition, according to the minister, the uncovered needs of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund already exceed 507 million euros.
Separately, another 600 million euros are needed to restore the balancing electricity market.
