Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is once again demanding that Ukraine surrender Donbas and other territories to begin negotiations. This was stated by the dictator's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, reports UNN.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy must order the Armed Forces of Ukraine to cease fire and leave the territory of "Russian regions" (referring to the territories of Ukraine occupied by Russia - ed.). After that, a ceasefire will occur, and the parties will be able to begin negotiations
According to the dictator's spokesperson, Russia has returned to the ultimatum voiced by Putin in June 2024, when he stated that Ukraine must unconditionally withdraw its troops from four regions - Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson.
