The Center for Strategic Communications called reports about restrictions on diesel refueling a manipulation. One of the networks stated that the limit of 100 liters applies only to canisters, not to cars.
The Government Center for Strategic Communications (SPRAVDI) called manipulative reports that "Ukraine has started introducing limits on diesel refueling due to a shortage," reports UNN.

"Manipulation: 'Ukraine has started introducing limits on diesel refueling due to a shortage. Gas station networks, in particular OKKO, have limited dispensing to 100 liters per customer due to a fuel shortage and supply problems.' This is what the media writes. In reality: the OKKO network officially stated that it did not introduce limits on refueling vehicles," the Center for Strategic Communications said in a post.
According to available information, there are no restrictions on refueling cars, "and the 100-liter limit actually applies exclusively to dispensing fuel into canisters and does not apply to refueling vehicles."
"The widespread reports manipulatively present this as a restriction for all customers, creating the impression of a massive fuel shortage and provoking panic," the Center for Strategic Communications said in a post.
