In the Hlukhiv community, a 54-year-old woman and two children were injured. The Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the commission of war crimes.

In the Sumy region, a woman and a minor child were wounded due to a Russian attack on May 13. Additionally, a 10-year-old boy received medical assistance after being diagnosed with an acute stress reaction. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office.

On May 13, at approximately 2:00 PM, a 54-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl were wounded in the Hlukhiv community of the Shostka district. They received medical assistance without hospitalization.
Also in the Hlukhiv community, medical assistance was provided to a 10-year-old boy. The child was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into this incident regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction provides for imprisonment from eight to twelve years.
