Finland offers a one-time allowance of EUR 5.3 thousand for Ukrainians who voluntarily return home starting from January 1, 2024, under certain conditions.
Finland will pay Ukrainians who decide to return home voluntarily. The amount is €5.3 thousand. Financial assistance package was developed by the government of the country, as reported on the official website of the Finnish Ministry of Internal Affairs, UNN reports.

The Resolution is to enter into force on January 1, 2024. of the year. The agency notes that such a payment will be a one-time payment and that there will be several conditions for will be subject to several conditions.
€5.3 thousand will be paid if the application is submitted within 30 days after notification of the first negative decision on granting or withdrawal of the application, and €2 thousand if after 30 days.
That is, this program is for those who have failed to to obtain asylum in the country or have changed their minds about applying for it.
Addendum
Payments from the state for the return of Ukrainians home will not be provided in case of moving to another EU or Schengen country. Agreement, as well as to a country whose citizens do not require a visa to Finland.
As of August 2023, the status of temporary protection in Finland has been granted to more than 53 thousand refugees from Ukraine.
