MP Oleksandr Dubinsky has released medical documents confirming his beating, and plans to hand over the evidence to law enforcement agencies. Dubinsky agreed to a polygraph test appointed by the NABU to prove the fact of his beating in the pre-trial detention center.

The defendant MP Oleksandr Dubinsky released the materials of his medical examination in the pre-trial detention center, confirming the fact of the beating. Dubinsky stated that he would send these documents "to all necessary authorities". Notes from the pre-trial detention center were made public by Dubinsky's lawyers, UNN reports.

To refresh the memory of the officials, I am publishing some of the materials from the report addressed to the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, received after the visit of the Ombudsman's representatives to the SIZO. With these materials, my lawyers will address all the necessary authorities. And it will be possible to prove as much as possible to the customers of this beating that "nobody beat Dubinsky" - but everyone, including the Ministry of Justice, understands that there was torture in the detention center. And that there will be criminal and political responsibility for everything.

- The MP wrote in his notes published by his lawyers.

Dubinsky, who is suspected of organizing a scheme to illegally send abroad for men of military age, also insists on a polygraph. However, due to his distrust of the Ministry of Justice system, which, according to "trying to conceal the fact of bodily harm in every possible way" he asks the NABU to confirm the fact of the beating with a polygraph.

I gave and wrote a statement about my readiness to undergo a polygraph by the NABU, because for objective reasons, I do not trust the system of the Ministry of Justice, which is trying in every way to hide the fact that I was injured: the forensic medical examination has not yet been carried out, and I had an X-ray done only a week after the after the beating, and only because of a ruling of the HACC. The X-ray confirmed the fractures. And immediately the idea of a polygraph evaporated along with the Ministry of Justice.

- The MP explained his position.

Judging from the published conclusions of the representatives of the of the Ombudsman following their visit to the SIZO, the Dubinsky case file there are some recordings from the body cameras of the Kyiv Pre-trial Detention Center officials missing in particular, during interrogations of the MP.
