The Court of Appeal reduced the bail for oligarch Kolomoisky to UAH 2.7 billion, but left him in custody until January 26. His lawyers requested house arrest due to his health condition.
The Court of Appeal left oligarch Kolomoisky in custody until January 26, but reduced the bail to UAH 2 billion 700 thousand, UNN reports with reference to Suspilne.
The lawyers requested that the measure of restraint be changed to house arrest due to the deterioration of their client's health.
Eight people wanted to bail Kolomoisky out, including TV presenter Alla Mazur.
Recall
Earlier, the court remanded Kolomoisky in custody until December 2 with bail set at UAH 3 billion 790 million.
Also recently, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv extended the pre-trial investigation in the case of businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi until March 2, 2024.
